Participant Testimonials
Gemma from Leeds took part in website research in August 2010
I attended a market research session at your offices in 2010. I found you and your colleagues very easy to talk with. Throughout the research one of your colleagues sat with me and explained everything to me and asked me questions.
Martin from Leeds took part in website research in July 2010
The Market researchers made me very welcome, and fully explained their requirements. At no time was I under pressure or made to feel uncomfortable with what I was asked to do. I had feared there may be some selling strategies, but this was not the case. I would -and have- recommend Research Helper/SimpleUsabilty to anyone.
Trevor from Leeds participated in website research in June 2010
The researcher made me feel very at ease by explaining how everything would work and how my visit would help the research. It was a very calm atmosphere in which the research was undertaken. On the whole, I very much enjoyed the experience and would do it all again. For the effort expended on my part, the reward was very generous.
