What is market research?

We are here to watch what you do and listen to your thoughts on websites, brochures, packaging etc., it's that simple.
The information that is gathered is then used to determine how companies market their products
Typically we ask you to look at some websites and afterwards have a chat about it in a very relaxed environment. However sometimes we may go to a local supermarket

After you have registered you will be sent a long questionnaire by Rozanne at SimpleUsability (Research Helper is a part of the larger SimpleUsability group)
Once this questionnaire is filled in we will find the right project and then invite you in for a session, obviously giving you enough warning
Once you have the session time all you are required to do is turn up at the time slot given
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before the session so we can make sure the day runs smoothly.

We can be flexible on timings and so if you can't make the day, we can run late evening sessions.

When you are invited in for one of the projects we will send you clear directions with a detailed map
Most of the research takes place in our offices in central Leeds, but sometimes it will be at a supermarket or other shop. If this happens we will give you clear instructions of where you need to be and at what time.

Depending on the project you could hear from us next week, or in the next few months, but all of your information will be stored on our records
If it has been a while since you have heard from us, it just means that we are waiting for the right project to come along for you.
A monthly newsletter will be sent out which will tell you about all of the different projects and be your chance to recommend a friend that you think could be suitable and earn an extra £5 Amazon voucher

Yes!
If you are over the age of 16, can get to Leeds city centre and want to earn extra cash this is for you.

If you direct your friend/family member to our site there is a section for them to put your name in it
If your friend is chosen to come in and take part in the market research then you will be awarded a £5 Amazon voucher.
When this happens, you need to get in touch with us, put Recommend a friend in the title and direct you request to rozanne@simpleusability.com who will send out the voucher
Vouchers are sent out at the end of each month.

SimpleUsability are the founders of Research Helper.
After your initial contact with Research Helper, further information will be sent to you from SimpleUsability.
As Research Helper is a part of the SimpleUsability group when you come to visit us and take part in the market research you will be at the SimpleUsability offices.

At the moment we don't have any childcare facilities at our offices and so encourage you to find a babysitter for the hour.
