Do you have an active case with the Child Maintenance Service or a case that has closed within the last 6 mths?

Are you a Receiving or Paying Parent in the UK who has dealt with Child Maintenance Service Payment Enforcement?

To take part in this valuable research you must have an active case with the Child Maintenance Service or a case that has closed within the last 6 months. This is to ensure your opinions and experience are relevant to the researcher when providing your feedback.

Requirements of the research: apply if you feel you meet one or more of the requirements for these rounds 👇

  • You are the Receiving Parent

You are the parent (person with care) who has the main day-to-day care of the qualifying children and should receive child maintenance.

  • You are the Paying Parent

You are the parent (non-resident parent) who does not have the main day-to-day care of the qualifying children and is responsible for the payment of child maintenance.

  • You have experience with your case moving into enforcement / having enforcement action taken against you by the Child Maintenance Service.
  • You are a UK resident based in England, Scotland, Ireland, or Wales.
  • You have a mix of current child maintenance arrangements, including ‘Direct Pay’, ‘Collect and Pay’, and non-payment.

  • You identify as having accessibility needs, such as: cognitive, hearing, or visual impairments, learning difficulties, and/or mental health challenges.

We are recruiting now for these ongoing market research rounds.
