Who should take part?

If you meet one of the 3 research requirements below, we would love you to join our panel of educators and take part in the research 👇

School Leaders

  • You work in a primary or secondary school, and you are responsible in part for performance and organising/discovering training opportunities for middle leaders.
  • You are a Deputy Headteacher or an Assistant Headteacher.

Teacher Trainees: Grad Students

  • You are 25 years old or younger.
  • You have graduated from university within the last 12 months.
  • You are due to graduate within the next 12 months.
  • You are interested in undertaking a teacher training course in a primary or secondary school as a career path but have not yet signed up for one.

Teacher Trainees: Career Finders or Changers

  • You are 24 – 27 years old.
  • You have graduated in the last 5 years.
  • You are currently working within education but not as a teacher.
  • You are looking to undertake a teacher training course in a primary or secondary school but have not yet signed up for one.
  • You are working in a separate sector completely but actively interested in retraining as a teacher.
