Do you worry about your reading and writing skills?

Reading and writing can be tricky when you need to read or fill out a lot of paperwork!

Do you find it difficult or lack confidence in your reading and writing when you need to complete paperwork and online forms?

If reading and writing are not your strong points, you might use things like read-aloud, spell check, voice memos/messages, and videos to help with tasks but sometimes they are no help and they don’t work for everyone!

By sharing your thoughts on documents and forms our client can learn how reading and writing skills impact everyone in the UK.
