We're always looking for people like you to share your experiences by taking part in paid market research projects.
We know claiming government support (pensions or benefits) can be challenging for some people that is why we need your help!
By getting involved in research projects you will be helping to shape an improved process for people claiming government support and ultimately people who need support.

What you can expect 👇
We run 1000+ paid research sessions throughout the year: over the telephone, online, or in person.
Some of our research projects have very specific requirements.
We value your time, so to ensure we only talk to you about research projects relevant to you our participant recruiters may be in touch from time to time, to check your details match project requirements (via an email form or telephone).
Don’t worry if you do not hear from us straight away after you have registered, when we have projects suitable for you, you will receive an email to see if you would be interested in taking part.
Becoming a Research Helper couldn’t be simpler 👇
- Register – fill in the registration form to become a Research Helper and subscribe to our mailing list. We’ll email you with research opportunities we think you might be suitable for.
- Apply – for research projects you’d like to take part in. Successful applicants will be invited to take part in research from home or a location near you.
- Contribute – feel great about the difference you’ve made by having your say on the design and development of important products and services. By taking part in research, you’re helping to make the world (and the services in it) better.
- Earn – get paid to take part in research via a bank transfer, or voucher. Most of our projects pay a minimum of £40 for your time.

- don’t forget to check your email inbox, click the button in the email to verify your email address with us.
- if we do not receive a verification email from you, your interest is not logged and you will not receive information from Research Helper.
- When we receive your verification email (this email is sent to you after you complete the form and click the [Apply] button):
- your interest is logged, and you are on our panel of Research Helpers.
- we will send you an email when the research project is happening, to check if you still want to take part, when you are available, and if you are able to take part in the research session (also known as a screener email).
